Southside Virginia Emmaus is an interdenominational group of people that cover a wide geographic area, from Roanoke Rapids, NC to Bedford, VA to the Eastern shore of Virginia.
Our primary purpose is to help individuals grow in their relationship with Christ and become strong church leaders.
We accomplish our purpose by hosting a weekend Walk to Emmaus for men and another for women twice a year (Spring and Fall). Each “Walk” is a three (3) day event from Thursday evening through Sunday evening. The Walks are conducted according to the guidelines set forth by the Upper Room Ministry.
